WHILST ALL REASONABLE CARE IS TAKEN TO ENSURE THAT WE OPERATE AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE TO OUR TIMETABLE WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL THAT MAY IMPACT ON THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SERVICE.

Passengers should be aware that exceptional traffic conditions, technical problems or other unforeseeable circumstances could result in delays or cancellation to our service.

All baggage, including carry on baggage, is sole responsibility of the passenger and Sydney Super Shuttle accepts no responsibility, and shall not be liable, for theft, loss or damage to any passenger’s baggage, whilst on Sydney Super Shuttle vehicle, in transit or Sydney Super Shuttle possession or control.

Sydney Super Shuttle does not assume liability for wear and tear to luggage, which includes: damage to or loss of protruding baggage parts such as straps, packets, pull handles, hanger hooks, wheels and feet, or other items attached to the baggage as well as damage to over sized/over packed bags.

Sydney Super Shuttle is not liable for damage to fragile items, spoilage of perishables, loss/damage of cameras electronic/video/photographic equipment, computer equipment, heirlooms’, artwork, valuable papers, or and other irreplaceable items.

Shared ride customers are allowed one average-sized suitcases and one carry-on bag per person. Boxes are not accepted when using this service.

refunds/disputes

Sydney Super Shuttle services are not refundable. We will, however, offer a credit toward future travel within 12 months should your trip have to be postponed due to circumstances beyond your control (eg: Covid).

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE

NOTE: Due to COVID-19 safe travel precautions, all passengers are required to load and unload their own luggage.

How much luggage can I bring with me?
You can bring two pieces of checked baggage weighing a maximum of 20kg each.

Can I bring more than two pieces of checked baggage?
Yes, but a charge will apply – you can bring three additional items of checked baggage weighing a maximum of 20kg each at a extra cost per item ($4.00 per item).

Can I bring my bike / surfboard?
Yes! You can bring your bike or surfboard, subject to room. A charge of $8 per surfboard, surf-ski or sailboard and $12 per pushbike will apply. Surfboards, surf-skis and sailboards need to be packed well in damage-absorbent material, and can’t be any longer than 2m (6.6ft).

Can I bring a pram or a wheelchair?
Prams and wheelchairs can be brought on board the bus free of charge, regardless of how much baggage you have.
